Sam has over 20 years’ experience as a recoveries, commercial litigation and insolvency specialist and is an expert in advocacy, litigation and dispute resolution.

He has an impressive track record throughout a range of jurisdictions in Australia, acting for insurers, major banks, finance companies, insolvency practitioners and SMEs in a range of litigation matters.

Sam’s experience extends to providing cost-effective advice to his clients, with a focus on mediation and out‑of-court settlement, where possible, to reduce legal costs.

He has also presented numerous papers and seminars on credit and insolvency issues to his clients and their senior management and advisors.

Sam is a member of the Law Society of NSW and has held the position of NSW Councillor at the Australian Institute of Credit Management since 2008.
