For over 25 years, Rosslyn has had a progressive career in defendant’s insurance litigation, predominantly in Government work and corporate liability defence claims.

Rosslyn joined Curwoods as Special Counsel following Curwoods acquisition of Insurance Litigation Pty Ltd (GILD), a subsidiary of Suncorp, on 21 September 2012.

Previously, Rosslyn led a team of solicitors conducting high volume, commercial recoveries and litigation for a major insurance company. She also defended medical negligence claims against hospitals and VMOs, including catastrophic claims, highly sensitive claims and Coronial Inquests. Rosslyn’s past experience includes practising as a solicitor in Victoria for four years including acting for one of the state’s largest litigators, the Transport Accident Commission (TAC), defending motor vehicle serious injury claims.

Rosslyn is Specialist Accredited in Personal Injury Law through the NSW Law Society and a member of the Association for Women in Insurance.
