Paul’s comprehensive expertise in CTP claims has led to past appointment as a Claims Assessment and Resolutions Service (CARS) Assessor for the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (formerly the Motor Accidents Authority of NSW), a positon he held from 2004 to 2014.
