Paul specialises in insurance claims resolution with an emphasis on public risk insurance, damage from defective products, ISR and professional indemnity claims

Paul is an insurance litigation specialist with nearly 20 years’ experience advising on all types of insurance.  He has extensive litigation experience defending claims and bringing recovery actions on behalf of insurers.

Paul works on property, public risk insurance, professional indemnity, fidelity and office bearers insurance claims. He has expertise in claims relating to catastrophic fires, fraud and arson.  Paul has advised on claims involving all sectors of the economy and regularly advises on policy wordings and coverage disputes.

He has appeared in all jurisdictions including the CTTT, FOS, Local, District, Supreme and Federal Courts, the Court of Appeal and High Court of Australia.

Paul is a Member of  the Australian Insurance Law Association, Australian Professional Indemnity Group, The Association for Women In Insurance, Property and Liability Discussion Group and the Engineering Discussion Group.
