Kiley has a broad range of insurance and construction experience, specialising in financial lines, liability and construction claims, with a particular emphasis on professional indemnity, property damage and insurance coverage disputes

Kiley is a specialist insurance and construction lawyer whose extensive experience lies in resolving disputes on behalf of local and UK-based insurers as well as private companies in a number of industries. Kiley also provides front end services to clients in the construction industry.

Kiley has 19 years of experience resolving disputes in a wide variety of combined general liability areas, including large and complex personal injury, property damage and product recall.  Kiley’s experience also encompasses the entire spectrum of financial lines claims, with a particular emphasis on professional indemnity, D&O, management liability, commercial crime, financial institutions and cyber and privacy.  She also regularly provides advice on ISR, construction and strata disputes, as well as coverage disputes across all areas.

Kiley has acted in all Australian jurisdictions including the High Court and has international experience in various jurisdictions including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, France, French Polynesia and New Zealand.

Kiley has been heavily involved in industry organisations throughout her career. She was President of the NSW Claims Discussion group for 4 years, and has long standing memberships of the Australian Insurance Law Association, Australian Professional Indemnity Group, Property and Liability Discussion Group, Association for Women in Insurance and NSW Engineering Discussion group.
