Drawing on his background in personal injury, public liability, property damage, and corporations law, Brendan is a master of quickly digesting vast amounts of information and distilling it down to its most vital points. He understands how his clients work and he is passionate about finding the best way to support their interests.

Prior to joining Curwoods, Brendan held a number of senior positions at law firms specialising in defendant personal injuries work. He also has broader experience in many other areas of general legal practice, including corporations law, trade practices, insolvency, debt recovery and general litigation in both the state and federal courts, drafting transactional documents and criminal law, including pleas and defended hearings and drafting pleadings at all levels up to and including High Court special leave applications.
