Amanda specialises in defendant medical negligence claims and coronial inquests.

Since being admitted in 2004, Amanda has worked primarily in personal injury law within Australia and overseas in the USA. Amanda brings a breadth of experience which includes complex medical negligence claims, major claims, CTP and workers compensation claims. Amanda has acted for New South Wales government agencies, as well as leading Australian and international insurers in litigated and unlitigated claims.

Amanda started her career representing injured claimants, and this background provides her with a unique understanding of claimant ‘settlement psychology’, which gives her an edge in negotiations.

Amanda has extensive experience in representing clients across a range of jurisdictions, including the New South Wales Supreme Court, District Court, Coroner’s Court and the Workers Compensation Commission, and she became an Accredited Specialist in personal injury in November¬†2012.
